Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking.

  • Use assessment data effectively to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom, creating a safe and inclusive environment where children feel confident and valued.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and share best practices, contributing to the continued success of the school.
