Administrator VacancyRef: 85166A reputable charity that supports vulnerable people with drug and alcohol addictions based in the Buckinghamshire area are keen to secure an Administrator to join their busy team.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5Duration: Temporary with the opportunity for permanent workPay: £14.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (permanent salary up to £23,484 p.a.)Location: AylesburyRole responsibilities:• To be responsible for the organisation and provision of comprehensive administrative support (which includes confidential and highly sensitive clinical information) • Printing the safe management of prescriptions• Receiving complex or sensitive information, and passing on information to other staff by prioritisation• Preserve and uphold confidentiality of all client information• Prescription generation and ensuring controlled drug stationary is stored according to protocol• Completing general administrative duties such as scanning, filing and entering data on the system• Responding to enquiries over the phone, via email and by letter• Provide callers, G.P.s, other professionals, staff relatives, service users & other agencies with educational information and self-help materials• Provide administration duties at meetings and preparing / taking minutes where necessary• To support team manager in providing monthly gas/elec readings, carry out H&S checks, alarm/ fire security drills and collate incident & accident reports when relevant

Essential criteria:• Previous admin experience• Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages such as word, outlook, excel etc• Good written and oral communication skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines working with high levels of accuracyAn enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
