Salary: 30,000.00 - 34,500.00 per annum plus 6,000.00 Industry Skills Payment (ISP), aligned with the College Pay Scales

As a Carpentry Apprentice Trainer, you will:

• Provide high-quality training to apprentices, helping them develop practical skills and knowledge in carpentry.
• Deliver hands-on, engaging training sessions that prepare apprentices for successful careers in the trade.
• Support apprentices with their learning, ensuring they meet industry standards and are equipped with the skills needed for progression.
• Work closely with employers to ensure apprentices meet both academic and industry expectations.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified carpenter with significant industry experience.
• Have a passion for mentoring and developing the skills of apprentices.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards in training.
• Teaching qualifications are not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

• Salary: 30,000 - 34,500 per annum plus a 6,000 ISP.
