About The Job:

As a Claims Validator, you will work closely with a network of Restoration specialists, local suppliers, and clients to assess and validate claims. You will liaise with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work, ensuring repair schedules are efficient and aligned with client requirements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills will be key in successfully reconciling costs and claim coverage.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with a network of suppliers
  • Ensuring effective communication between all key stakeholders
  • Validating costs and claim coverage
  • Reconciling work carried out
  • Adhering to service levels and client philosophies
  • Liaising with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work
  • Navigating roadblocks to reach an agreement on scope of works

Beneficial skills:
