This is an office or hybrid-based role (2-3 days a week in the office) where you will be part of an established team responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work from our network of suppliers. Wage will be dependent on experience (Claim Validator £22,500-£25,000, Senior Claim Validator £26,500-£29,500).Most importantly, you will be working with our local suppliers and our clients to agree a set of works to get a customer’s property back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.

Qualifications |Skillset:

Strong negotiation skills, and a natural talent for connecting with people

Passionate about working as part of a collaborative teamAbility to prioritise and manage own workload effectivelyClear attention to detail and investigative qualities

Previous experience in claims, strong property insurance experience or experience with the construction industry is preferred. You will also need a natural attention to detail and an ability to problem solve effectively. We provide external qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute once you have completed your initial period with us.
