About:

Our end user client is actively recruiting for an experienced D365 F&O and CE Systems Analyst to join their expanding IT team.

This personal will provide 2nd and 3rd line support on the D365 system, leading the design, development, and implementation of F&O and CE across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to users
  • Assist with system integration's for D365 F&O and CE
  • Monitor the D365 environment, being responsible for updates and migration
  • Assist with TDD's (technical design documents) and support junior members of the team

Required Experience:

  • Experience as a systems / support analyst for D365 F&O and/or D365 Customer Engagement
  • Solid understanding of CRM and ERP concepts and functionalities
  • Experience providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for D365 F&O and CE systems
