As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll have the rewarding role of nurturing young children, fostering their development, and creating a stimulating, safe environment where they can thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Supporting children’s growth and development in a fun and caring setting
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
