In this role, you will be a key member of the refurbishment team, specializing in roofing and cladding projects with values starting from £500k. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing precise cost estimates for tenders in line with project specifications, collaborating closely with the wider commercial department, and effectively managing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Estimator with experience in both refurb and new build Roofing/Cladding /Rainscreen/ Facades/Fire Breaks/SFS etc. You will be a commutable distance from the office and be willing to come in 3 days per week.
