Daley Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's dynamic team in Bracknell This role offers a combination of warehouse duties and FLT Counterbalance driving Job Title: FLT Counterbalance DriverLocation: BracknellShift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 16:30 - 01:00Pay Rate: £12.50 Responsibilities:• Using FLT Counterbalance Truck: Safely and effectively using a FLT counterbalance truck, ensuring secure and damage-free transportation of goods.• Order Picking: Accurately picking customer orders in a timely manner to meet dispatch schedules.• Inventory Management: Efficiently put away orders to the correct locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized inventory.• General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to housekeeping standards.• Warehouse Duties: Perform a variety of general warehouse tasks, including heavy lifting when required, to support overall warehouse operations.Skills:Requirements:• Certification: Must hold an externally accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence.• Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential.• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks.• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order picking and inventory management.• Team Player: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.• Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial for this ongoing role.
