My client in Aylesbury works for some prestigious brands repairing & replacing gadgets and due to their continued success, they are looking for a device technician.
Job spec as follows:
路 Inspection of all types of gadgets incl smartphones, laptops, iPads, watches, game consoles
路 Updating our CRM system & ensuring service standards are adhered to
路 Establishing if the gadget can be repaired
路 Repairing all types of devices and completing quality checks
路 Running software checks using approved software
路 Data wiping and destruction of devices
路 Packing devices ready for dispatch
Ideal person will have :
