This apprenticeship will help you to gain the relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours to sell technical products and services. You will learn how to maintain good relationships with a variety of customers, including new and existing clients. You will receive regular training to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of the technologies and services that we provide.
As an IT Technical Sales Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads.
- Handling and developing sales enquiries.
- Maximising business relationships and building current and future customer business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Good IT skills and web based research skills.
