• Performing comprehensive assessments for high-risk patients.• Providing expert ulcer care and preventative treatment plans.• Implementing personalised care strategies for improved patient outcomes.• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic care.• Accurately maintaining patient records for compliance and continuity of care.• Staying updated with the latest podiatric advancements and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:• Current and valid HCPC registration.• Experience in high-risk and ulcer care.• Clinical NHS experience at Band 6 or 7 level.• Must have a car for community visits.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
