Position: Operations Executive

Based: Haddenham, UK

We are looking for a full-time Execution Executive for our company which is located in Haddenham, UK. McCormick operate a MyFlex working where 50% will be required in the office and 50% working from home.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present and lead weekly Execution meetings for internal Tesco, Morrisons and Asda teams.
  • Working closely with Area Business Managers and National Account Managers.
  • Being point of contact for Field Sales Merchandisers: responding to queries, problems, being able to help with technical difficulties.
  • Responding to external customers: resolving issues, queries and escalating where required.
  • Ensure sufficient stock of accessories, stands and graphics for Field Team to order.
  • Creating reports, preparing documents, various administrative tasks.
  • Support other members of the team as necessary such as fleet management, sending out equipment to the Field Team.
  • Participating in team meetings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Ambitious individual, willing to learn and develop.
  • Great communication skills and can work well as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on day-time shifts and occasional bank holidays and weekends as part of an agreed rota.
  • Grocery or FMCG background would be an advantage.
