Your new companyA large multinational leader based in Buckinghamshire is currently looking for a Pensions Lead to support the Pensions team.This company is a consistently growing large company with a modern and calm feel to their offices.Your new roleYou'll be asked to involve yourself in a variety of duties, including collaborating with the wider HR function and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function.Your main responsibilities will include:Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.Ensure all pensions comply with legislationAnnual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providersLead the implementation of system changes and new projects.What you'll need to succeedKnowledge of pensions including DC and DB schemesStrong communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyStrong experience of delivering projectsWhat you'll get in returnYou'll receive a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. The office is in Buckinghamshire, close to train and bus links from London. On-site parking is available.
