Our award-winning client is seeking a Professional Standards Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role holders focus will be to contribute to the maintenance and effective operation of the company’s Standards and provide operational support to the professional standards team.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the maintenance of their standards and assessment material• Relationship management of external contractors• Co-ordination of the quality assurance processes, including proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement• Ensure webinar material remains fit for purpose and current• Arrange, coordinate and minute meetings as required• Analyse data following completion and provide feedback• Schedule webinar dates with provider over financial year

Key skills/requirements:• Experience of analysing and presenting data• Experience of arranging meetings and recording notes and actions from meetings• Experience of working with dispersed teams• Experience of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
