A great opportunity to join a leading waste management company as a Senior Digital Analyst
THE COMPANY
The business is a leading FTSE 200 company with over 10,000 employees specialised in the waste management space.
And they are seeking to hire a Senior Digital Analyst to support to come in and help the business to work on their digital platforms to help get customers through the sales funnel, whilst also working on customer journeys and looking at bringing more growth to the business from a digital perspective.
This would be an immediate start date and only a 1 stage interview process!
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing digital platforms to bring customers into sales funnels, track drop off from quote to order
- Optimising performance through sector-specific content and strategies to increase CTR
- Collaborating with eCommerce managers who create high-performing web pages
- Utilising digital data from platforms like GA4 and integrate it with internal datasets for insights
- Mapping complex customer journeys and process strategies to enhance digital performance
- Providing actionable insights on multi-touchpoint interactions, emphasizing the importance of A/B testing
- Blending customer journey insights with commercial objectives to align reporting with business needs
- Empowering the team to self-serve data and reporting, enabling them to make adjustments independently.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong technical experience in GA4, Power BI and Big Query
- Expertise in customer journeys and digital customer data
- Proven track record looking at A/B testing and conversions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
