The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring all staff are trained and comply with safety standards.- Oversee inventory management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.- Coordinate and monitor the performance and productivity of the warehouse team.- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software.- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Working Hours:- Full-time, with flexibility for overtime as required.
