Divisional Director of HSE
Midlands or South-East base location (with national travel)

Shirley Parsons is partnering with a major multi-disciplinary engineering organisation to appoint an experienced HSE leader for one of their most diverse and high-risk divisions. This role is responsible for developing and driving HSE performance within the division while collaborating with other senior leaders to achieve world-class standards.Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director, with a strong dotted line to the Group HSE Director, the position oversees a large team and involves significant client-facing interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and high-performing organisation.

The role:

  • Lead and develop HSE strategies to ensure the division's compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
  • Manage and mentor a large team, fostering a safety-first culture across all levels of the division.
  • Act as the key point of contact for client HSE matters, ensuring excellent external stakeholder relationships.
  • Support the business in achieving world-class HSE performance, aligning divisional goals with group-wide objectives.
