Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: 21,731 - 33,902 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a wonderful primary school in Aylesbury. This is a full-time, term-time only position with fantastic CPD opportunities, a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and a friendly staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mornings: Supporting classes and small groups across the school
- Afternoons: Cover teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 is essential
- Ability to lead whole-class lessons independently
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Unqualified teachers highly encouraged to apply
