About the Job:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and staff across the organisation, providing advice on HR policies and managing the employee life cycle. You will work closely with both the HR and Finance teams to ensure HR processes are carried out efficiently.

Duties will include:

  • Providing professional HR advice on various employment matters
  • Managing recruitment, absence, and performance processes
  • Conducting Single Central Record audits and maintaining HR data systems
  • Collaborating with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll instructions
  • Overseeing the Probation Period Process and assisting with employee relations
  • Coordinating learning and development events for staff
About the Successful Applicant:

You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience in an education HR team, offering first-level advice on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations. Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR databases. You will also need to be a car driver as there will be travel to different sites in Hampshire and Wokingham
