OFFICE BASED - FULL TIME OR PART TIME
We are currently seeking a temporary HR Coordinator/Generalist for our client based in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire. The position is initially for a 4 month period, to cover for Maternity leave. The role will include looking after all aspects of Employee Relations, Occupational Health issues and to provide support to the Managers. In addition there will also be some ad hoc Administration work to undertake. No formal Qualifications necessary.
Experience:
- Experience of supporting managers with absence issues
- Good understand of best practice/employment law
- Experience of supporting managers with disciplinary/grievance issues end to end
- Experience supporting managers with occupational health issues
- Experience of coaching managers on process
- Experience of supporting/producing relevant outcome letters
- Experience dealing with multiple cases concurrently
- Able to support new process implementation

- Comfortable with word, excel and HRIS systems

Hours: 40 hours per week (8.00am - 5.00pm), Part time hours considered, however there is a requirement to work on Fridays.
