HR Generalist – Hybrid Opportunity

Are you a passionate HR professional eager to make a real impact? Our client, a global leader in digital security and payment solutions, is growing and looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their vibrant team! This hybrid role offers flexibility, with travel between offices in West London and Buckinghamshire, and occasional national travel for projects.

Duties and Responsibilities of HR Generalist:

  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers and employees on various HR and business matters, enhancing performance and organisational capability.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and talent management.
  • Implement corporate HR initiatives while balancing local practices, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Lead employee engagement efforts, including team-building events, social initiatives, and recognition programs, to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP and HR Director to support key People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements for an HR Generalist:

  • Influence & Organisational Savvy: Build strong relationships and effectively navigate HR functions to meet corporate goals.
  • Drive for Results: A strategic thinker who delivers timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of tackling complex challenges using logical, structured approaches.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Anticipates business needs and delivers tailored HR solutions.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Proven experience providing HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
  • CIPD qualification or degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between West London and Buckinghamshire offices, with national travel as required.
