1to1 Group are looking for 2 People Partners for our client in Buckinghamshire due to growth and expansion within the organisation. One position will cover the South (Oxford to Bristol) and the other will cover Midlands (Leicester to Warwick). This is a full-time permanent position, 40% across the different sites - otherwise home working or the possibility to work from their office in Buckinghamshire if needed. The successful candidate will have experience working in a multisite business as a HR Business Partner or similar role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement People Plans and initiatives to achieve people and wider business OKRs
  • Create and manage plans to with leaders to positively impact Employee Turnover and absence.
  • Contribute to the design of innovative HR solutions across the group and implement and embed solutions.
  • Work with General Managers and Operations Directors to design smart, strategic adjustments to home-level organisational structure that boost agility and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong work experience as an HR Business/People Partner or similar role
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a multisite business
  • Technical knowledge of current employment law and practice.
  • Understanding of KPIs and proven ability to implement actions
  • Ability to travel to different sites as required with a valid driving license
