Our client is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Discovery Consultant to join their team. This permanent position. The company is offering a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 and the flexibility of remote work for candidates based in the UK.The company is a leading provider of Asset Management Service in the IT sector
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Comprehensive understanding of how ServiceNow Discovery collects data
- Proficiency in navigating the user interface and configuring Management Database (CMDB)
- Ability to set up Mid Servers and obtain/test device credentials
- Experience in maintaining and updating services in the CMDB
- Familiarity with classification of Configuration Items and executing horizontal search
- Capability to integrate with 3rd party Management Software and troubleshoot any issues
Additional benefits to this role include cross-training in BMC Discovery and sponsorship for ITIL training in the first year.
