- Provide first and second-line IT support to staff
- Maintain, update, and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage IT administration tasks, including user account setup, asset tracking, and MIS support.
- Create and update IT documentation, user guides, and help materials.
- Oversee IT hardware replacement cycles to maintain system efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of:
- Microsoft client and server operating systems.
- Active Directory & Group Policy.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Networking, including DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
- Wireless networks, web filtering, and antivirus management.
- IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.
- Commitment to professional development and keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Must be able to drive as limited transport links / undergo a DBS check and possess the right to work in the UK
