A passionate Junior IT Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience is needed to join the team at this leading agile workplace technology services company based in Haddenham on a full-time basis.

You will provide 1st Line support to their clients within the defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of support in a multi-client, multi project environment
  • Assist on setting up new computer systems
  • Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions
  • Update and maintain their asset list
  • Appreciation of ITIL Service Management Disciplines, i.e., Incident, Problem and Change Request Management
  • Enforcement of procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with the IT Team on projects and improvements

Desired Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the IT field
  • Microsoft certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Knowledge on Networks
  • Good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products
  • Experience on Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience of Microsoft EMS 365 technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection
