Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join their team on a permanent basis working with some great clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who can support the team as they enter an exciting period of growth. The Senior Designer will have lots of enthusiasm, be full of ideas and be a creative thinker.

The Senior Designer will be managing projects across creative, branding through to UX/UI web designs and storyboarding. The ideal candidate will be able to take concepts from inception through to the final creative output, ensuring the brand’s visual identity is strong, consistent, and engaging.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative Director
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, advertisements,digital assets, develop campaign ideas
  • Creating impressive work for digital and print media using the Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD) and other software where applicable
  • Support the Creative Director and help mentor a team of designers, providing guidance on projects and professional development.
  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma,or Adobe XD.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business objectives.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills when assisting customers and liaising with team members.
  • The ability to manage time and prioritise workload
  • Good problem-solving ability and the ability to be flexible
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD)
