An opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our well-established firm in Aylesbury has arisen.

The successful candidate will ideally be a highly organised person with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) who can demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and has the ability to use initiative in a role that covers a variety of duties. Candidates should have a flexible approach to duties.

While working in a team environment, they will be required to work individually, managing their own time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. They must also have experience in providing customer service and have the ability to assimilate a variety of information.

The role will involve audio typing, producing and amending legal documents using digital dictation, acting as the main point of contact for clients, general administration duties, and diary management. To be considered, the ideal applicant will have experience working as a legal secretary with excellent communication and organisational skills.
