WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER NEEDED IN AYLESBURY, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE!!

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader seeking a new job opportunity, and are you looking for a new permanent role to start?!

We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a manufacturing business in Aylesbury, the working hours are day shifts Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and the salary is paying up to £38,000 per annum (DOE).

The hiring manager is ideally looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who has used an ERP system, preferably holds a Counterbalance Forklift License, and has a Full UK Driving License.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a team of 5 staff across 2 different locations
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve set targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to swiftly address any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
  • Previous ERP system experience, as well as being proficient with Microsoft Office packages
  • FLT Counterbalance license - PREFERRED
  • Excellent organisational and team leadership skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety standards and protocols.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
