You will liaise with departments such as Production and Purchasing, ensuring smooth collaboration to meet stock requirements. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.The ideal Operations Assistant will have a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in supporting operational processes.   • Ensure sales orders are entered accurately and checked against customer requirements.
  • Liaise with Production and Purchasing departments to fulfill stock needs.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports from in-house data systems.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across departments.
