What You Will Do:• Own the aftersales function, including Spares and Service Admin/Warehouse and distribution.• Ensure H&S/Facilities function compliance with legal standards.• Take responsibility for product lines and associated business interests, aligning with company policies.• Drive profitability through cost-reducing initiatives without compromising on quality.• Prepare budgets, schedules, and organisational reports to promote company growth.• Foster collaboration across departments to enhance efficiency and optimisation.What You Will Bring:• A business degree or related professional qualification.• Demonstrable team-leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing multidiscipline teams.• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central & other relevant software applications.• Strong analytical skills for operational & fiscal trend reporting.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport at all levels.This Operations Manager role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly, productivity is maximised, and the company's customer-centric image is continually promoted.
