As the Operations Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of operations by leading transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will collaborate with supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, planning, and quality teams to assess current processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Description
- Assess current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategic road map for operational transformation.
- Launch quick-win initiatives while driving long-term process improvements.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee the introduction of enhanced ERP, Product Life cycle Management, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Benchmark best practices across UK & US sites to enhance operational synergy.
- Support the transformation of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business to achieve best-in-class performance.
Profile
- Proven experience in operational transformation within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing & Change Management expertise (Black Belt level preferred).
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in engineering and business process transformation.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive transformation in a workforce with resistance to change.

Compensation & Benefits
- 37-hour workweek (half-day Fridays).
