Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the site is well-organized and meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Ensure that all site workers are trained, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
  • Manage and supervise on-site workforce, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project milestones.
  • Organize materials and equipment delivery to prevent delays and maintain efficient site operations.
  • Inspect all work to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with construction codes and client specifications.
  • Identify and address any quality issues early, making adjustments as necessary to maintain project standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.
