Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Site Management
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure efficient, quality work in line with project specifications.
- Ensure the site is well-organized and meets all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Ensure that all site workers are trained, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
- Manage and supervise on-site workforce, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project milestones.
- Organize materials and equipment delivery to prevent delays and maintain efficient site operations.
- Inspect all work to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with construction codes and client specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues early, making adjustments as necessary to maintain project standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.
