An established compressed air solutions provider is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their team. With over 30 years of industry experience, the company offers professional services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of various compressed air equipment, including screw compressors, rotary vane, and piston-type compressors.
- Conduct air audits and data logging to assess system performance and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Conduct air quality testing for breathing air and other critical applications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Provided technical support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining compressed air systems.
- Familiarity with brands such as Atlas Copco, Boge, CompAir, Elgi, HPC (Kaeser), and Ingersoll Rand.
- Strong understanding of air treatment and nitrogen generation equipment.
- Ability to conduct air audits and interpret data to recommend improvements.
- Knowledge of air quality testing procedures and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
