Position: Homes Maintenance Operative
Hours: 25
Responsibilities as a Homes Maintenance Operative:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fire safety, water safety, call bell, and property checks are carried out in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Basic Maintenance: Undertake basic home maintenance tasks, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct company vehicle checks and maintenance as per company policy and guidelines.
- Outdoor Upkeep: Maintain flower beds, borders, hanging baskets, cut grass, clean drives and pathways, and handle gritting and snow clearance.
- Property Features: Maintain outdoor furniture, water features, and ensure low-level gutters are clean.
- Utilities Management: Take utility meter readings as requested and handle waste disposal in compliance with health & safety and infection control procedures.
Essential Attributes:
- Must hold a full driving license.
- Provide your own basic tools.
