Responsibilities as a Homes Maintenance Operative:

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fire safety, water safety, call bell, and property checks are carried out in line with company policies and guidelines.
  2. Basic Maintenance: Undertake basic home maintenance tasks, including moving furniture and equipment.
  3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct company vehicle checks and maintenance as per company policy and guidelines.
  4. Outdoor Upkeep: Maintain flower beds, borders, hanging baskets, cut grass, clean drives and pathways, and handle gritting and snow clearance.
  5. Property Features: Maintain outdoor furniture, water features, and ensure low-level gutters are clean.
  6. Utilities Management: Take utility meter readings as requested and handle waste disposal in compliance with health & safety and infection control procedures.

Essential Attributes:

  • Must hold a full driving license.
  • Provide your own basic tools.
