They are looking for a Production Technician join their team in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.The Production Technician will ideally have the following attributes:

Experienced in a similar technical, hands-on Engineering position
Knowledge of testing within product development – testing to standards / defining your own testing
Experienced with prototyping and product development
A background in Manufacture
Excellent attention to detail
Able to read engineering drawings and BOMs
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient using MS Office
Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
Have the ability to work well alone as well as part of a small multi-disciplinary team

The Production Technician role will involve:

Mechanical testing and manufacture of a variety of components and equipment
Developing new and existing products
Handling compliance and test specifications
Working to procedures and instructions
Assisting the quality team with functional and visual inspection
Working to procedures and compliance standards
Testing, fault-finding and repair
Using CAD to produce technical drawings, reading, annotating, creating jigs, fixtures, and testing apparatus
Working both independently and in a team
Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
