Our client is the UK arm of a multinational field marketing and retail services agency delivering high-end projects on behalf of premium and luxury global brands.

As part of their ambitious growth, they are seeking an additional Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process both in the workshop and with external suppliers.This is not suitable for candidates from a print or graphics background.

Role and responsibilities for the Production Manager include:

  • Organising and managing complex programmes of works and install schedules
  • Project accounting including budget control, producing quotes, responding to tenders and negotiating prices
  • Site management and co-ordination of suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, event staff and colleagues
  • Preparing H&S documentation
  • Managing and mitigating risks including completion of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Reporting and maintaining statistical data / KPIs / project management tools / procedures / databases / documents / processes / templates / databases etc.


Skills and Experience needed from the Production Manager:

  • The gravitas and interpersonal skills to manage on-site teams, suppliers and clients
  • An ability to foresee potential issues and solve problems whilst maintaining client expectations
  • Bespoke production experience - Windows, Pop ups, events and exhibitions
  • Experience in on-site health and safety and risk assessments
  • IT skills and an understanding of technical plans / drawings
  • Good level of Maths and English

This is an on-site based role and in return salary will be in the range of £40k - £45k dependant on skillset. In addition they offer 22 days of holiday + bank holidays, a company pension and high street shop discounts.
