Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality therapy services to patients with complex needs, supporting their recovery, and promoting independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of patients, delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Conduct assessments, set patient goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students as required.
Key Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven NHS experience in managing a complex caseload.
- Strong knowledge of current practices in rehabilitation and occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
