Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ needs, abilities, and environments to create individualised therapy plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, daily living skills, and independence.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and social workers.
  • Educate patients and families about strategies to manage health conditions and adapt to lifestyle changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, contributing to care planning and service development.

About You:

We welcome applications from qualified Occupational Therapists, whether you are currently working in the NHS, the private sector, or are returning to practice.

Essential:

  • Valid Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience delivering Occupational Therapy services in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong assessment, problem-solving, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
