You will be working for a leading construction company specialising in residential new builds, with project values ranging from 50k to 900k. Their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction sets them apart in the industry. They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Construction Manager to join their team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, overseeing up to 7sites at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential new build projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in residential new builds.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
