- Create documents, reports, correspondence and other materials, as required.
- Organise and support meetings and events, including producing a record from meetings and chasing actions.

- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar
- Experience or recording accurate notes in meetings
- Excellent ICT skills - including use of Microsoft applications and specialist systems which support procedures, statutory processes and record keeping.
- Previous experience of working within Children’s Services or similar is desired but not essential
- Previous experience within a Local Authority or Public Sector is desired but not essential
