Our client, a leading and innovative provider of community healthcare services, is seeking a highly skilled GPwSI/GPwER ENT to join their team in Aylesbury.
This forward-thinking organisation supports both primary and secondary care services, delivering high-quality Dermatology, ENT, and Audiology care to patients referred from GP practices and NHS Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical care to adult patients attending the community ENT service, handling both new referrals and follow-up appointments.
- Perform ENT procedures such as epistaxis treatment, balance assessments, external auditory canal clearance, nasopharyngoscopy, and laryngoscopy.
- Consult, diagnose, and treat patients while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless clinical service delivery and supporting administrative staff where necessary.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
- Attend regular team meetings, contributing constructively to discussions, decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with patients and their families, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
- Clinical Expertise: Significant experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions, including surgical procedures, within a UK healthcare community setting.
- Professional Registration: Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with relevant qualifications and specialisations in ENT.
- Training Compliance: Up-to-date with all mandatory training requirements.
- Medical Degree: MBBS/MBChB (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
- ENT Diploma: Specialised qualifications in ENT.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Comprehensive understanding of ENT conditions and adherence to current evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Mandatory Training: All required healthcare certifications and mandatory training are up to date.
