Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic pharmacy team. This is a temporary (locum) role, with the potential for an extended contract.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting pharmacy services in the hospital, ensuring safe and efficient dispensing of medication, and providing top-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and supply medications to patients and hospital departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of prescriptions.
  • Provide advice and support to patients and healthcare staff on pharmaceutical matters.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician.
  • Experience working within a Hospital or Community Pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
