Printing Technician Aylesbury, Bucks£12.50phMonday- Friday9 am - 5 pm (some flexibility with start/ end times)Our client who is a leading printing solutions organisation within the aerospace, automotive, consumer products and health care sectors is seeking to recruit a 3D Printing Technician to join their workforce in Aylesbury on a temporary basis.Duties & Responsibilities* Unloading of finished jobs from printers* Post-processing of printed parts:-Removal of residual print material (liquid resin)-Removal of support structures-Cycle parts through ultraviolet exposure chamber* Prepare printers for next job.* Quality assurance inspection and report creation of finished parts:-Build defects & damage.-Accuracy - using hand tools and contact/non-contact inspection equipment.* Packing sample parts for shipment* Daily upkeep of working areas: post-processing area and printer labs* Performing equipment maintenance tasks* Organising waste materials for disposal* Potential for project-based activities, working individually and frequently as part of a teamSkills and Requirements* Active interest in 3D printing * Excellent practical ability and hands-on skills* Inquisitive and natural desire to learn.* Very high attention to detail* Naturally works in a very tidy and ordered manner.* Methodical and organised approach to tasks* Demonstrate initiative with a flexible and adaptive approach.* Great team player with a "can do" attitude.* Good communication skills* Hobbies which demonstrate desired attributes:-Model making-RC vehicles-3D Printing-Computer Aided Design (CAD)-Wood or Metalworking-Car maintenance / tinkeringIf you are interested apply now or call
