Description
As a PM you will be:
- Working with clients in the clinical research space to on-board and ultimately oversee delivery of various projects
- Plan and map projects and processes through the organisation, accounting for resource planning, budgets and agreed milestones
- Work with key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities ensuring projects stay on track
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal parties as to the progress, and any potential challenges or change
- Identify and mitigate risks to projects wherever possible, putting in place pro-active solutions
Profile
To be successful you will have:
- Ideally a scientific background with a minimum of 2-years experience managing projects inclusive of budgets, resource planning and tracking key milestones
- Effective communication skills managing internal and external stakeholders, providing updates as required
- A proven ability to work cross-functionally with high-level organisational skills
- First-hand knowledge and experience working with PM tools, other systems such as LIMS and CRM usage will be advantageous
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO15189 in particular) desirable but not essential
