As a Project Manager you will be the key point of contact for allocated client(s) and ultimately oversee delivery of projects. You will plan, prepare and track all aspects of projects relating to resource planning, budgets and key milestone delivery in the clinical processing space.

As a Project Manager you will be the key point of contact for allocated client(s) and ultimately oversee delivery of projects. You will plan, prepare and track all aspects of projects relating to resource planning, budgets and key milestone delivery in the clinical processing space.

Description

As a PM you will be:

  • Working with clients in the clinical research space to on-board and ultimately oversee delivery of various projects
  • Plan and map projects and processes through the organisation, accounting for resource planning, budgets and agreed milestones
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities ensuring projects stay on track
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal parties as to the progress, and any potential challenges or change
  • Identify and mitigate risks to projects wherever possible, putting in place pro-active solutions

Profile

To be successful you will have:

  • Ideally a scientific background with a minimum of 2-years experience managing projects inclusive of budgets, resource planning and tracking key milestones
  • Effective communication skills managing internal and external stakeholders, providing updates as required
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with high-level organisational skills
  • First-hand knowledge and experience working with PM tools, other systems such as LIMS and CRM usage will be advantageous
  • Experience in regulated environments (ISO15189 in particular) desirable but not essential

Candidates with greater PM experience in alternate industries will also be considered!
