Quality Inspector

We are working with a leading manufacturing company specialising in precision engineering. With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we are currently seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join this dynamic team in Stoke Mandeville.

Key Requirements for the Quality Inspector:

Must have over 4 years working experience as a Quality Inspector
Proven experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
Expertise in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards
Hands on experience with ISIR, FAIR, and PPAP reports.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate and participate in team meetings and audits.
Degree in Engineering or related field; relevant certifications in Quality Control are a plus.
Dedication to continuous improvement and compliance management, including tool calibration and documentation.

The successful Quality Inspector, will be integral to upholding the highest standards of Quality on the shop floor. Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to Quality Standards will significantly contribute to the success of our precision engineering operations.
