We are working with a group of boutique cosmetic dental practices, providing orthodontic, cosmetic, and general care to their patients across multiple sites in Berkshire, London and Buckinghamshire. With further growth plans to develop from 5 very successful locations in the near future. They are looking forward to the next phase of growth as an organisation and are searching for an experienced Operations Manager to join them on this journey.

They are looking for a dynamic candidate with a 360 degree hands-on approach to assist and lead their team of motivated, competent, and experienced practice managers. You will have experience in leading and developing teams, understanding the importance of driving excellence in customer journeys as well a proven background in day-to-day business operational management, business development and revenue growth etc.

This role will be instrumental in the business development and growth of current sites as well as being able to ensure that systems and process are in place to support additional expansion plans.

Your experience does not need to come from a similar sector, however, you will need exceptional organisational skills with an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievements and have a background in driving business growth. You will also have strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of team members. You will be a true people person and thrive on interacting with and getting the best out of those around you. Dealing with complex situations proactively with diplomacy will be second nature to you.

You will be a consistent and professional leadership figure setting the standard and helping create the structure and culture within the group. With your leadership, you will build strong working relationships with your team empowering them to develop and grow!

This role will be working across locations in Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire, therefore there will be a requirement to travel to all of the sites on a weekly basis.
