About the Role

As a Senior Buyer in HR & Professional Services, you'll manage the supply base to ensure the effective and cost-efficient delivery of services across multiple projects. You'll be part of a dynamic team, supporting a rapidly growing company with strong management backing.

What You'll Do

  • Manage spend in Professional services and HR.
  • Ensure contracts with suppliers have SLA's and stipulate Risk Mitigation
  • Develop procurement strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Manage budgeting, estimating, and tender processes for goods and services.
  • Focus on cost-efficiency and supplier performance.
  • Lead key procurement projects, driving continuous improvement in processes and supplier relations.

About You

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly in HR & Professional Services.
  • Strong ability to manage Multiple projects and navigate complex proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities under pressure and build strong supplier relationships.
  • A clean driving license
