As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing cost management, and working with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role will involve working on site which is Midlands based, providing a variety of challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Change Management
  • Compensation Events Quotation/Project Management Assessment Negotiations
  • Subcontractor Procurement
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Monthly CVR's
  • Management of a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
